The location of the hotel was perfect for my Thanksgiving weekend getaway. It was situated in a quiet corner of the neighborhood with some convenient shops and outdoor eateries nearby. Plus, it was just steps away from the MetroBus, making transportation a breeze.
My experience was not entirely positive. the hotel staff could have been more accommodating.

The hotel location is quite convenient with easy access to nearby shops and a mall. MetroBus 7 is just a short walk away. the hotel room is adequately furnished and comfortable. the bathroom facilities were clean and well-maintained. the service and breakfast were decent, nothing extraordinary.
The hotel's staff needs to improve their professionalism and customer service.

Spent a fabulous Christmas break at a hotel in a great location, with an abundance of outdoor eateries and shops close by, making it a prime spot for relaxation. A couple of key amenities were excellent, particularly appreciated the complimentary drinks on offer on arrival, and the clean and comfortable guest rooms.
While the location and amenities were top-notch, I did experience some downsides. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi ranged from moderately spotty to non-existent, which was frustrating at times.
